Here's a little sneak photo of me in action during todays shoot with my amazing model Bronagh:

I recently posted about fashion company Maiyet, whose latest campaigns caught my attention. Their video for A/W 12 is one of my favourite campaigns in fashion's recent years.
It seems so effortless and beautiful and I love how nomadic it is; I don't think anybody could have fulfilled this role as well as Daria Werbowy and nobody certainly could have captured it as elegantly as Cass Bird. I also relish Feist's 'Cacade's and Gulls' which is the track used for the video..

The idea of the video reminds me a lot of Lana Del Rey's 'Ride'. This idea of travelling and having an adventure is so relevant to Maiyet's concept.
This resulted in me muting Feist's song and dubbing Del Rey over it. Check it out - it puts another perspective on Maiyet's video which doesn't actually sound too bad.

Kick back.. and relax..

McQ A/W 13

McQ Alexander McQueen have released their video campaign for their A/W 13 collection. The video was shot by Roger Deckker - an amazing collaboration. It seems so apparent to everything I'm doing.. Perhaps I am still in synchronisation with them following my time interning there.

I can wish.

I have received the scarf that I designed during my internship at McQ Alexander McQueen.
I spent seven months at the company interning in the Print department from Sept 2011- May 2012. Although exhausting, I can say it was one of the most exciting times of my life. Not only did I get the opportunity to design this scarf, I got an insight to the inner workings of the McQueen diffusion line and assist with the majority of the design of the McQ A/W 12 embroidery show pieces.

Here are a selection of photos from my recent shoot with amazing model, Bronagh. Similar to the last shoot, I was creating motion within photography and creating double exposed visuals:

The Mac Live Belfast have just launched a curation of works belonging to the esoteric Andy Warhol. I visited the exhibition last night during Late night art in Belfast with a few friends. It was surreal seeing his work first hand and in such an impressive scale - the true way Warhol's work should be experienced.

Below is a picture of my friends and I with Andy Warhol's Camouflage:

P.s Note how my friends and I stood for an impromptu photograph but ended up colour coordinating ourselves to the canvas we stood in front of..

Here are a few of the photographs from my photo shoot which was inspired by double exposed motions of circus-influenced movements:
